                Elanthia Swimming Race Official Rules

1) Twelve person limit per race.  Sign up on list to participate.

2) Persons who have already won a prize may not win additional
   qualifying prizes though they may race again.

3) After the first three finishers arrive, you must cross the line in a
   timely fashion.  If you do not you will be removed from the course.
   Timely is determined by the event coordinator.

4) These rules and anything else pertaining to this event can change
   at anytime with no warning!

5) Elanthia, the coordinator of this event, the festival merchants,
   the World Dragon, etc. are not responsible for any loss that may
   occur while competing in this event.
