When it is your turn to joust, enter the arena and wait for your steed to arrive. When it shows up, mount it by typing MOUNT, and when your opponent does the same, the joust will start in a moment.

During the joust, you may aim your lance at any one of 6 areas: head, chest, stomach, shield, lance, or shoulder. You may re-aim your lance at any point up until impact.
