[Silly Souvenirs, Under the Awning]
Securely parked, a large wagon features a faded blue canvas awning held up by twin poles. At the side of the wagon stands a haphazardly arranged group of cheap, splintered picnic tables. A rickety staircase leads to a pair of gaudily painted doors with hand-lettered signs. The greasy odor of fried food hangs heavy in the air. You also see the way out.

[Silly Souvenirs, Snack Cafe]
A long curved countertop dominates the smaller side of the wagon's double partition. The polished wood surface of the counter is nearly hidden beneath plates, platters, jars and other containers of hot and cold food and snacks. Near one end, a trio of tables and bar stools offers a covered area to rest and recharge. You also see a narrow arch leading to the gift shop.

On the curved countertop you see a tall vase containing several rolled paper cones of colorful cotton candy arranged in a mock bouquet, a tall glass canister full of liquid brine containing several types of pickles for sale, a long oval serving plate piled high with assorted snacks, a large cylindrical jar of thick glass filled with colorful candies for sale, a large raised platter offering several varieties of fresh sandwiches and a polished steel tray containing bags of flavored popcorn.

This side of the wagon's interior is crammed with souvenir merchandise from across Elanthia. Triple-stacked rows of painted shelves line the upper walls, above polished glass cases displaying the more valuable items for sale. A cramped space in the back has been cleared to make room for a pair of large barrels beneath the edge of a sales counter piled with additional wares. One of the barrels nearly blocks access to a narrow arch leading into the other side of the wagon where food and drink are sold. You also see a long curtain composed of dozens of strands of glass beads and a bright red door.

Standing all of twelve inches high, the fearsome ape nonetheless curls one tiny hand into a fist of anger, as if preparing to beat on its dark plush chest! In the opposite hand it clutches a small splinter of ivory carefully carved into the shape of an old bone.

The grendel's plush body is incredibly soft and huggable, and dyed a lovely shade of baby pink with a deeper strawberry hue for its belly and snout. The plush's innocent cuteness almost makes up for the ill behavior of a real grendel!

The poloh'izh's fur has been painstakingly dyed using at least a dozen shades of muted greens and browns grassland hues, creating a subtle camouflage effect that doesn't really disguise the fact that the cuddly creature is made of soft plush rather than more realistic scaley hide.

A band of thin copper is concealed beneath shiny silver paint, with a misshapen symbol etched shallowly into the metal. By holding the armband at multiple different angles and squinting slightly, the unusual image can be barely imagined as a very poorly drawn representation of the Clerics' Guild crest.

Although delicate and expensive in appearance, closer examination reveals a thin layer of gold-colored paint concealing a cheap scrap metal amulet. Faint lettering adorns the back of the piece.

At least half of the elaborately styled crest is missing, scratched out of the cheap silvery paint. On closer inspection small flecks of the paint have begun to chip off as well, but a string of faint lettering can still be seen etched on the back of the amulet.

Upon closer inspection, it becomes painfully apparent that the colorful markings on the ring's shiny surface are actually spots where the cheap gold paint has flaked away, affording glimpses of the cheap scrap metal beneath.

Careful examination reveals that the cheap silver paint used to beautify this ordinary thin copper ring has begun to chip, revealing a single spot of the dull metal underneath.

You see nothing unusual except for a small chip along the side of the earring where the cheap golden paint has flaked to reveal ordinary scrap copper underneath.
