Yes we can do the winged footwear through these festival scrolls. They need to be real creature wings, though....no phoenixes or fairy/fae wings. Just a head's up.
And as another note, unrelated to the footware but related to a lot of the alterations I've seen come through: If you are doing a weapon/armor piece that's been forged or bonded, it helps to let the alterer know that in advance because there is an extra step needed on the staff side to make sure your alteration sets properly.
And don't forget due respect to any maker's mark on your item. Those stay.
