[Fairgrounds, Midway]
The path is bounded on both sides by rows of wooden poles hung with colorful banners that flutter in the intermittent breeze. Gaily dressed humans and half-elves, along with visitors of other races, stroll along the festival path, drinking and merrymaking. You also see a rusty hole in the ground, a dusty brown tent, a small wood hut and a rough-hewn wagon.
