Gaeladrya's Alterations

As in DragonRealms, my old main character, Gaeladrya, is a fanatic. Of what or whom, she does not know, for none of the gods or goddesses have the snowcat as their symbol.

You can still read her story, though.

A Purr-fect Save

a spiral-carved pale faewood runestaff
Well-tanned doeskin provides for a comfortable and secure grip within the broad sweep of the runestaff's undecorated, smooth center. Towards either end, a spiraling line of delicately carved snow cats marches outwards, each in a different position: stalking, running, leaping. Chips of sapphire and onyx glint from the cat's eyes, and a glittering echo of the paw prints are set into the silver end caps.

The sides of the case are scored with crossed slashmarks, and a pair of smaller snowcats bracket a blackened clasp, the silver gleaming through its dark surface.
